At Lumière-Kavalli, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).

Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Please note:

Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lumière-Kavalli is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirming receipt.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

Include photos of the issue and your order number.

We’ll work to resolve it promptly, either with a replacement or a refund.
7. International Returns
For customers outside Canada:

Return shipping and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
